What is the re-entry policy?
Re-entry into the festival IS permitted. Upon leaving, GA ticket-holders will need their hand stamped in order to re-enter. VIP ticket holders and Outside+ members will be able to leave and re-enter with their festival wristbands. Please plan accordingly.

Can I buy a ticket on the day of the event and on-site at the box office?
Pending availability, tickets will be for sale on site at our box office located on the North East corner of Civic Center Park, at Colfax and Broadway

Will there be wristbands?
Guests who purchased General admission tickets will receive a digital ticket. This will be scanned at festival gates before entry.
Guests who purchase VIP tickets or are Outside+ members will receive a wristband in the mail. This will be scanned at festival gates before entry.

Are single day tickets available?
Yes, single day General Admission and VIP ticket options are available.

Can I upgrade from a GA ticket to a VIP ticket?
Yes, please reach out to Front Gate customer service for assistance with a VIP upgrade.

Are Kids allowed into the festival?
Yes, kids under 12 are allowed to enter the festival for free. Kids under 12 will also be admitted to VIP area with an Adult VIP Ticket Holder.

What does General Admission include?
GA tickets allow you admittance to Civic Center Park and incorporated venues for two days of the festival and includes access to:
Live music on the main stage, including headliner acts and local artists
Access to Festival Grounds to explore the latest gear, demos, and experiences
Entry to festival venues for films, speakers, and panels on both days
Food choices for purchase from regional and local vendors
Bars, concessions, official band merch, festival merch, free water stations, and more

What does VIP include?
VIP tickets allow you admittance to Civic Center Park incorporated venues for two days of the festival and includes all the amenities of General Admission plus:
VIP viewing and hospitality at the Main Stage

How many tickets can I buy?
There is a limit of 14 tickets per purchaser.

Does Outside Festival issue refunds?
Festival performers and programming are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. No refund will be owed if a performer or speaker is changed or canceled. Prices are subject to change without notice. You agree to Outside's wristband policy here.
