- What is the age policy?
- The Outside Festival is open to all ages. Children 12 and under receive free entry. To purchase and consume alcohol, you must be at least 21 years of age.
- What is the re-entry policy?
- Re-entry into the festival IS permitted. Ticket holders will be able to leave and re-enter with their festival wristbands.
- Can I buy a ticket on the day of the event and on-site at the box office?
- Pending availability, tickets will be for sale on site at our box office.
- What payment methods will be used on-site?
- Credit and debit card only. We do not accept cash on site, and there will be no ATMs on site.
- What are the box office hours and location?

- Where is Will Call and what is needed to pick up any tickets?
- You will need a legal photo ID, purchase confirmation, and/or order number. Check back soon for festival box office hours and locations.
- Will there be wristbands?
- Yes. All guests will receive a wristband linked to their ticket type and access. Depending on purchase date and ticket type, wristbands will either be mailed or available at Will Call. No paper or digital tickets will be accepted for entry.
- Can I upgrade from a GA ticket to a VIP ticket?
- Yes, subject to availability, you may reach out to Front Gate customer service at support.frontgatetickets.com for assistance with a VIP upgrade.
- Are kids allowed into the festival?
- Yes, kids under 12 are allowed to enter the festival for free. Kids under 12 will also be admitted to the VIP area with an Adult VIP Ticket Holder.
- What does General Admission include?
- The 2-Day GA Ticket allows you admittance to Civic Center Park for two days of the festival and includes:
- Live music on the main stage, including headliner acts and local artists
- Access to festival grounds to explore the latest gear, demos, and experiences
- Entry to festival venues for films, speakers, and panels on both days
- Food for purchase from regional and local vendors
- Bars, concessions, official band merch, festival merch, free water stations, and more
- Free admission for children 12 and under accompanied by a ticketed adult
- What does GA+ include?
- The 2-Day GA+ Ticket allows you admittance to Civic Center Park for two days of the festival and enhanced benefits in the GA+/Outside+ Lounge. You’ll enjoy:
- Live music on the main stage, including headliner acts and local artists
- Access to festival grounds to explore the latest gear, demos, and experiences
- Entry to festival venues for films, speakers, and panels on both days

- What does VIP include?
- The 2-Day VIP Ticket allows you admittance to to Civic Center Park for two days of the festival and includes all the amenities of General Admission along with:
- Exclusive VIP viewing and hospitality area near the Main Stage
- Exclusive food vendors and private bar within VIP area
- Expedited entry and exit with unlimited VIP re-entry
- Private, air-conditioned restrooms
- Shaded, relaxed lounge seating area
- Commemorative festival merchandise item
- Access to all GA amenities; does not include GA+/Outside+ lounge

- How can I access tickets with Outside+?

- How many tickets can I buy?
- There is a limit of 14 tickets per purchaser.
- Does the Outside Festival issue refunds?
- Festival performers and programming are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. No refund will be owed if a performer or speaker is changed or canceled. Prices are subject to change without notice. You agree to Outside's wristband policy here.
