Juliet Starrett (she/her) is an entrepreneur, attorney, bestselling author, and athlete whose mission is to inspire people to move more. She is also the co-founder and former CEO of San Francisco CrossFit, one of the first 50 CrossFit affiliates. Juliet is the co-author of the New York Times and Sunday Times bestseller, “Built to Move”, the Wall Street Journal Bestseller, “Deskbound”, and is co-host of the top-ranked Ready State Podcast. Juliet was also a world champion whitewater paddler.
