Nicks Ericsson has been the CMO at KEEN Footwear since 2024. He is a global brand marketing expert and sustainability thought leader with more than 20 years’ experience building aspirational and iconic brands in fashion, sports, and footwear. Ericsson has extensive experience at UGG, where he launched the brand’s first circular economy program, created a leadership position in regenerative agriculture, and contributed to significant brand heat growth and revenue increases. Ericsson co-founded The AND Agency, helping companies develop impactful and responsible brand, marketing, and sustainability strategies that generate positive impact across profit, planet, and people. Previously, he launched and built premium fashion brands globally like J.Lindeberg and Justin Timberlake’s William Rast. Ericsson holds a bachelor’s degree of business administration in brand management and marketing from Lund University.
